“I had to create an equivalent for what I felt about what I was looking at—not copy it.”
Georgia O’Keeffe

Positive growth.
Spring’s return heralds an ideal opportunity to rediscover balance, fostering positive growth and inner renewal…
I’m thrilled to announce that the talented guitarist and composer, Stéphane Wrembel, has chosen my photos to be featured in his recording series: Triptych Phase I, Triptych Phase II, and Triptych Phase III. It’s a true honor!
If you want to check my photography, you can see it on display at the Women’s History Month Art Exhibition at Pacific University until April 21st.
In the spirit of spring’s blooming energy, I’m hosting creative collage workshops at Hoyt Arboretum and in the Oola Hoop Circle. These workshops aren’t just about art—they’re about healing, reducing stress, boosting confidence, and connecting with nature.
Now, you can also sign up for personalized one-on-one sessions, tailored just for you.
Spring is like a taijitu—a perfect balance between winter and summer. It’s a time to nurture our seeds of growth, just like nature does with its plants. So let’s take a mindful approach, be patient, and set intentions for this exciting season. By tapping into the rhythm of nature and blending it with art and culture, we can make the most of spring’s transformative power.
Join me on this journey of growth, healing, and creativity…
Introducing the ⭕️Oola Hoop Circle
For years, I’ve nurtured a vision of a collective art project: the Oola Hoop Circle, a sanctuary deeply woven into my belief in the universal language of plein air, movement, art, and symbolism, understood by women at their core. The term “Oola” carries diverse meanings across cultures, from Hawaiian to Arabic and it has evolved to represent a state of profound balance and growth across all aspects of health and well-being. “Hoop” dance, a Native American tradition, intertwines storytelling with movement, using hoops to depict various animals, symbols, and narratives. The Oola Hoop Circle brings women together to explore seasons, symbolism, language, and storytelling…
Seasonal Creativity:
Facilitating Healing Art & Nature Sessions
I approach creativity with a deep reverence for the cycles of each season, drawing profound inspiration from their essence. My intention is to journey towards rediscovering well-being and nurturing self-esteem through a harmonious blend of nature, art, and the senses. Guided by a synthesis of diverse influences—Native American culture, Chinese medicine, pagan and polytheistic traditions, art criticism, and poetry—I’ve found solace and healing on my own path, transforming grief into a profound gift bestowed by life itself. Through transformative and healing collage sessions, I aim to share this journey with others, continually moved by the limitless creativity and inner beauty that blossom within each participant.
